Custom, small-batch rifle accessories for shooters who care about fit, control, and real-world handling.

Printed Militia builds custom, workshop-driven rifle accessories for shooters who value ergonomics, control, durability, and deliberate design. Our current lineup includes the PM stock line, PM Featureless Grip, and PM Angled Foregrip—products developed to deliver a more natural shooting experience for builders who want better fit, cleaner handling, and more refined solutions than crude workaround-driven alternatives.

What began as a way to validate ideas through 3D printing, rapid prototyping, and hands-on iteration grew into something broader: a workshop-driven platform for developing small-batch rifle accessories built around real handling improvements and honest production methods. That same spirit of experimentation, refinement, and practical design continues to shape everything we build.

Why Printed Militia Exists

Printed Militia began with a simple goal: create rifle accessories that solve real problems for real shooters. What started as a way to prototype and refine practical ideas grew into a broader commitment to better ergonomics, cleaner control, and more confidence-inspiring handling—especially for shooters dealing with restrictive-state realities and featureless-style compromises.

Too often, builders are forced to choose between legality, comfort, and control. Printed Militia exists to challenge that tradeoff through custom, workshop-driven products that feel more natural, handle more cleanly, and provide more deliberate solutions than improvised compliance workarounds.

Our Approach

At Printed Militia, design starts with the shooter.

Every product begins with the same question: how should this actually feel in use? From grip angle and hand position to stock geometry, cheek alignment, and weight distribution, the focus is always on creating components that support a more natural, repeatable, and confidence-inspiring shooting experience. Comfort, control, and consistency are not afterthoughts—they are the foundation of the design.

Our development process combines CAD design, rapid prototyping, iterative refinement, and real-world feedback to evaluate form, fit, and function before a product settles into a more mature state. That process allows us to test ideas quickly, refine geometry honestly, and give serious builders access to products that are still close to the workshop rather than pretending they came from a fully scaled production line.

What We Build

The Printed Militia lineup currently centers on the PM stock line, PM Featureless Grip, and PM Angled Foregrip. Together, they form the foundation of a product system built around better fit, better handling, and cleaner integration across AR-pattern platforms.

PM stock line — fixed-stock variants built around comfort, control, repeatable positioning, and specialized geometry

PM Featureless Grip — a standalone ergonomic grip for builders who want better comfort and control on featureless-style setups

PM Angled Foregrip — a lightweight, low-profile control accessory designed for repeatable indexing and practical front-end handling

Printed Militia is also where more specialized stock variants, geometry experiments, and limited-run workshop concepts can exist in public while they are still being refined. This side of the platform is built to validate ideas through real products, real use, and real feedback.

Small-Batch by Design

Printed Militia is the custom and R&D side of the platform. That means products may be produced through 3D printing, resin casting, hand-finishing, or other limited-run methods depending on the part, release, and stage of development.

We choose materials and processes with practical durability in mind, and every part is inspected before shipment. But Printed Militia products are workshop-built components—not mass-market injection-molded production parts, formally abuse-tested hardware, or duty-certified equipment unless explicitly stated otherwise. Minor cosmetic variation, surface variation, and small batch-to-batch differences are a normal part of honest small-batch production.

Compliance and Ergonomics

Compliance and ergonomics remain central to what we build.

Printed Militia products are especially relevant for shooters in restrictive states and for builders pursuing featureless-style rifle configurations who want better control, better comfort, and better shooting mechanics than crude workaround-driven solutions usually provide.

But compliance alone is not the goal. A compliant product should still feel stable, capable, and deliberate in use. That is why so much attention goes into wrist angle, body positioning, cheek weld, recoil management, indexing, and overall shooting feel. The objective is simple: help shooters stay within the realities of their configuration while giving them a more refined and confidence-inspiring interface with the rifle.

As always, customers are responsible for verifying the laws and regulations that apply in their jurisdiction.

Looking Ahead

Printed Militia is built around validation, refinement, and evolution. The long-term purpose is not just to make one-off parts, but to explore better accessory concepts through real products, real users, and continued iteration.

As development continues, the platform will expand with additional stock variants, supporting accessories, fitment options, and future concept work guided by the same principles that define it now: better ergonomics, cleaner control, honest small-batch production, and practical real-world function.

Printed Militia exists to keep building products that fit better, handle better, and push useful ideas forward.
